The Black Panther super-villain prepared for the role of Erik Killmonger by doing two to three workouts and eating six meals a day.

According to his trainer Corey Calliet, when he started working out, Jordan could barely push 25 pounds, but by the time he got to filming, he was doing 115-pound dumbbells. A few times, he even went as high as 315 pounds.
